A BIG Thank You to our Partner: Jackson®

Jackson National Life Insurance Company has been a dedicated, generous and engaged partner of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee since 2012. We want to thank Jackson® for supporting our mission and going above and beyond year after year to defend the potential of young people.

THANK YOU FOR BEING ENGAGED

Jackson® has been participating in our fundraisers since 2014. They’ve consistently attended the Franklin Wine Festival and Bowling for Kid’s Sake events. In 2021, Jackson hosted a virtual info session to continue the crucial conversation around youth mentorship with their employees and help educate them on volunteer opportunities with our agency.

There is also a member of Jackson’s leadership team serving on Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee’s Board of Directors and employees who have served on our Junior Board.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS

Jackson has made a number of generous contributions over the years to support our mission. In 2020, Jackson staff and corporate contributors raised more than $38,000 during their peer-to-peer fundraiser to help us keep kids connected at a time when young people needed our support more than ever. This was the most money raised through a virtual peer-to-peer fundraiser in 2020!

THANK YOU FOR DEFENDING POTENTIAL

Not only has Jackson provided financial support to our agency that has allowed us to better serve our youth during critical times, but they’ve had a number of employees volunteer their time as mentors. In 2017, Jackson partnered with us in our Site-Based program, Beyond School Walls. 25 of their employees volunteered as mentors, and despite the program ending, many of their staff continued their journey as Bigs. Because of their continuous support in various areas, Jackson was chosen as our 2017 Corporate Partner of the Year.

We want to send a BIG thank you to Jackson National Life for igniting the potential in our young people throughout Middle Tennessee and being a committed partner for the past nine years and counting!
