We partner with you every step of the way to choose the right program and mentor for your child. Our mentoring programs are available for youth from any background between the ages of 9 – 16, with the exception of E-Mentoring which is open to high school juniors and seniors.

Attend parent orientation
You’ll get in-depth details about the program, process of selecting Bigs and what their expectations are, what it means to be an engaged Parent Partner, and details on the interview process.
Step Five
Parent/child interview
We want to learn as much information about the child, why they want a Big, and why you want them in the program, so we can make the best match.
Step Six
Matching
A lot of thought and intention goes into our matches. We have a very in-depth matching process to make sure we select the best fit for you, your child, and the mentor.
