National Recognition for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee

Agency, Staff and Board Member Receive Nods of Excellence for Outstanding Service

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee received three national awards at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America national conference held recently in Charlotte, NC.

Director of Match Support and Engagement, Amber Leach, received the Margaret Slack Award for outstanding level of professionalism and quality of service. Board member, Chad Greer, received the Janice and Bill Hanna Award which honors a Board member who exemplifies the qualities of stewardship and responsible management of a local Big Brothers Big Sisters agency. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee is one of 18 agencies who received the 2018 Quality Award which recognizes agencies that exceed national averages in match retention, average match length, and match support for volunteers.
